Since beginning 4 Paws K9 Services in July 2025, I have had many happy dog and human clients, who I have helped through training and achieved great outcomes. Here are some of their stories.
Rick & Morty

One of my first clients was Dachshund duo Rick and Morty. One was a rescue and one came from a pedigree. They came to me for puppy training and to assist with barking. These two were energetic and playful.
On our first outing to the dog park, their owners commented that “we were a bit nervous when Kyle asked us to let them off the lead at the dog park. But by trusting his guidance, within just a few minutes we learned more about our dogs than ever before”. It was an honor to take the puppies on their first adventures into the world as we built a positive and solid foundation.
Within a couple of weeks, there were noticeable changes in their behavior. After a month, they graduated from puppy class. They are a good example that nurturing and the right training is more important for a dog than its pedigree.
Khaleesi

Boerboel Khaleesi has a special story. She was a rescue, who was abused and saved from a township. Before she went to her forever home, I was asked to conduct intensive training over a two-week period to help with her acclimatization to join the pack of dogs at her new home.
I placed her in luxury boarding accommodation for the duration of the training. I collected her from there daily and worked with her intensively socializing her to new environments including visits to the dog park and various public places like shopping centers, schools and construction sites.
When I picked her up from the boarding accommodation for the last time to take her to her forever home, she was like a new dog, much more relaxed and confident. She has bonded very well with her new family and is loving life as part of a happy home.
Pebbles & Harvey

Pebbles, a Great Dane Cross, and Harvey, a Boston Terrier, came to me for help with behavioral issues and issues within the home, including the pack order between the dogs and their family. I also helped Harvey with therapy after reconstructive surgery on his rear ACL.
I saw them three times a week for training, including socialization, enrichment and orientation at the dog park with other dogs. I had private sessions with them and sessions together with their owners. We visited various places including multiple dog parks, shopping centers, pet shops and the grooming parlor.
Their owners wanted to take them on a seaside holiday over the Christmas period, which was a great success. They commented that my help changed Pebbles’ life and has made such a difference. She is less needy, calmer and happier, and has alleviated a lot of the stress they were having. It was very rewarding working with these two dogs and their owners, who were committed to achieving a better future for them and their dogs.
